What it does.
One viewport, every layer
Every survey layer and the structural model share a camera and a coordinate system. Toggle any combination.
Defects on real elements
Each defect is attached to a BIM element, not to a photograph or a chainage.
Test data logging
Chloride, carbonation and rebound hammer readings entered against the element they were taken on, with author and timestamp.
Shared record
Your engineers and ours work on the same project. Everyone works on the current version.
Condition score
A composite score per structure, rolled up from the logged defects.
Open export
Per-element CSV, BIM in OpenUSD, and each raw survey layer downloadable on its own.

Finds delamination and trapped moisture behind an apparently sound surface.
High resolution texture of the visible surface. Defects are detected on this layer.
Structured model with named elements. IFC GlobalIds stay stable, so test data survives a model revision.
