How it runs.
Four stages from the first call to the handover.
Scope
You send the structure type, span and location. We agree what gets surveyed, what access is needed, and the price. No site visit is required to quote.
Capture
Our team captures the structure on site in one multi-layered scan, covering geometry, surface detail and subsurface condition. A medium structure takes one day.
Process
Layers are aligned to one coordinate system. FracNet finds every defect and measures it. A structural engineer reviews the output before it goes anywhere.
Handover
The twin opens in InfraTwin for your team, with the exports. We take your engineers through the findings on a call.

Fused digital twin
Every survey layer and the BIM model, aligned and viewable together.
Defect register
Each defect on a named element, with width, area and damage volume.
Distressed twin
The model with damage projected onto it, so repair quantities come straight off it.
Test data
Chloride, carbonation and rebound hammer readings logged against the element they were taken on.
Exports
Per-element CSV, BIM in OpenUSD, and each raw survey layer.
Condition score
One composite score per structure, computed from the logged defects.
What we need from you.
Permission to fly and to reach the substructure. We prepare the flight plan. You arrange the clearance.
Any as-built drawings you hold. Useful but not essential. We can build the model without them.
Previous inspection reports and repair records, so we know what has already been looked at.
One engineer on your side who can answer questions about the asset.
